At HiddenFeeAI, we stand behind the quality of our forensic analysis. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for our document analysis service.

1. Service Description

HiddenFeeAI charges a one-time fee of $29.99 USD per document analysis. This fee covers the AI-powered forensic review of a single uploaded document, including the generation of an evidence-based findings report with page-level citations and negotiation recommendations.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical failure: If the AI analysis engine fails to generate a report due to a system error on our end.
  • Incomplete analysis: If the generated report contains no analysis content due to a processing error (as opposed to the document having no detectable findings).
  • Duplicate charge: If you were incorrectly charged more than once for the same analysis.
  • Unauthorized charge: If the payment was not authorized by you.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the analysis has been completed and the report has been delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction with findings because the AI did not detect hidden fees in your document (this does not constitute a technical failure).
  • Uploaded incorrect file after the analysis has already completed.
  • Requesting a re-analysis on the same document; a new purchase would be required.

4. Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date. Requests received after this period will not be honored except as required by applicable law.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@hiddenfeehub.com with the following information:

  • The email address used during checkout
  • The upload ID or session ID (if available)
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will process your request within 5–7 business daysand notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account restriction.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
